GENERAL RULES.Make sure all content posted within the community is at least related to art.— — — — — — —☆ ★MULTIPLE POST LIMITATION.1. In order to maintain a fair and balanced environment, users are prohibited from posting more than three posts simultaneously within an day.2. Each post should contribute meaningfully to the discussion and allow others to respond adequately.3. Should you have more to share, consider spacing out your contributions over time to allow for a smoother and more inclusive discussion.4.Failure to comply with this guideline will result in a warning. To ensure the authenticity and quality of art, it is mandatory to provide proof of your work when posting it.2. Proof can include photographs, videos, screenshots or any other form of evidence that demonstrates your ownership and authorship of the artwork.3. This requirement helps maintain credibility, protect artists' rights, and ensures a genuine representation of the art showcased.4. To prioritize the well-being and comfort of our community, it is necessary to provide a clear warning for graphic art that contains explicit or gory content.2. This warning serves to alert sensitive viewers and allows them to make informed decisions about their engagement with such artwork.3. Displaying a gore warning helps maintain a respectful environment while accommodating diverse sensitivities and preferences.4. Artists are responsible for including an appropriate warning when sharing graphic art that might be disturbing or unsettling to some viewers.5. Breaking of this rule will result in a warning and in severe cases, a strike.— — — — — — —☆ ★SPAM.1. Spamming through direct messages is strictly prohibited to maintain a positive and respectful communication experience.2. Sending repetitive, unsolicited, or unrelated messages in a short span of time is considered spamming and may result in disciplinary actions.3. Respect the privacy and boundaries of others by engaging in meaningful conversations and refraining from excessive or unwanted DMs.4. Failure to adhere to this guideline may lead to warnings or strikes.— — — — — — —☆ ★PROMOTION.To advertise your community :1. Contact the staff and seek their approval.2. Provide necessary details about your community and the advertisement.3. Once approved, follow the guidelines given.4. To ensure your safety, please refrain from posting pictures of yourself on this platform. Protect your privacy and maintain anonymity.2. Keep your personal information secure. Do not disclose sensitive details such as your full name, address, phone number, or any identifying information.3.Remember that the internet is a public space. Exercise caution and be mindful of the information you share.— — — — — — —☆ ★DRAMA.1. When discussing or reporting incidents, ensure you provide credible evidence. Sharing false information without proper proof will be viewed as an attempt to provoke drama. Such actions will result in receiving a strike as a consequence.2. Engaging in conflicts within public chats is not permitted. In the unfortunate event that you find yourself involved in one, you will be removed from the chat to maintain a harmonious environment.3. Address personal disputes privately and avoid involving the moderation team unless it has the potential to impact the overall community or its members adversely.4. Any deliberate attempts to create drama involving the moderation team will be met with disciplinary measures, including bans. As moderators, we are committed to fostering a healthy and productive workspace to enhance the community's growth.5. If you encounter any instances of misconduct by a moderator, please contact the designated agent. Inappropriate behavior towards members may lead to a reevaluation of their role within the community as a moderator.6. Conflicts that have taken place in other communities and do not have any relevance to ours should be addressed within the appropriate community where they originated. If the conflict has no bearing on our community, it will not be addressed by us.— — — — — — —☆ ★PROMOTION OF HARMFUL CONCEPTS.ASA does not condone or accept the promotion of harmful concepts such as:1. Proshipping: Proshipping involves romanticizing or supporting relationships between characters who have an inappropriate age gap, power dynamic, or other factors that could potentially normalize harmful behaviors or relationships.2. Glorification of Toxic Relationships: This involves romanticizing relationships characterized by abuse, manipulation, or unhealthy dynamics.3. Promotion of Self-Harm or Eating Disorders: Content that glorifies or encourages self-harm, eating disorders, or other forms of self-destructive behavior can be harmful, especially to vulnerable individuals.4. Sexualization of Minors: Content that sexualizes minors or depicts them in inappropriate or suggestive situations is highly inappropriate and harmful.5. Hate Speech and Discrimination: Content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or intolerance towards individuals or groups based on factors such as race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation should not be tolerated.In each of these cases, the underlying principles revolve around promoting respect, safety, and positivity within the community while actively preventing harm and protecting vulnerable members.Any member that is related to promoting harmful concepts will be promptly removed or striked, depending on the severity of the violation. Members are encouraged to report any instances of harmful content to the moderation team for review.— — — — — — —☆ ★PUNISHMENT SYSTEM.The staff maintains the authority to ban.users who breach our guidelines or pose athreat to the community. However, usually,users are allowed up to three strikes beforefacing an automatic ban.꠴ first violation = warning message.꠴ second violation = strike/hidden profile.꠴ third violation = additional strike.꠴ fourth violation = automatic ban.
